I went over to Aunt Merri Lynn's today to play with Sophia some more before she goes home. We had another great time! We rode the horse and Jaden taught me how to play bloody knuckles, he tied me up, but the best was when he was trying to teach me to rope!

Nana took me with her today to take pictures of Januari, Jaden and Baby Waylon. I got to play while they took pictures - I threw rocks in the stream and ran in the water when Nana wasn't watching. We had a great time. Won't be long before the leaves are gone and the snow is here.

It has been a while since my mom has posted anything so I thought I would put up a few pictures - my cousin Sophia came from Missouri over the 4th of July - we went up into the mountains with Aunt Merri Lynn and her family - we rode 4 wheelers and had a bar-b-q lunch - we played by the stream and then went home and played on the slip and slide. We had a really great time!

This week I am going to California to see my Oma and Pappa. My Aunt McKenzie is getting married.

My Nana is going to leave before I get back and won't be here for our birthday so she gave me part of my birthday present early - a sand box for her house - I have already been using it and this is where I like to spend my time.

Nana is going to go snorkeling while she is on vacation so I had to try out her equipment and make sure everything is in working order! Yep works great!!

Dylan called this morning and told me to come up to his dad's cause that dang Easter Bunny STOLE his EGGS!!! So I headed up there and the hunt was on! Easter is right around the corner and the weather is still not as nice as I would like it! But go figure it wouldn't be easter if the weather was nice! I work all weekend and Dylan also goes with his dad tomorrow so I decided that we better color our eggs today! Dylan had a blast! First we dipped them in the colors then he painted them and stuck stickers on them and glittered them all up! We just want to wish everyone a HAPPY EASTER!! Dylan, Jon, and His cousin were out shooting guns and it looks like they got more than they bargined for they got stuck! They sat there for about 4 hours before Jon's other cousin Raymond came and got them out!! I asked Dylan what happend and his was reply was .. Oh mom so much fun truck got stuck i played in the muddy mud!! What a boy at least he had FUN!!

APRIL JUSTUS AND I WENT TO ST. GEORGE THIS LAST WEEKEND AND WENT AND SAW THESE TWO BANDS!! IT WAS A LOT OF FUN .. I ALMOST THINK WE HAD MORE FUN LAUGHING AND WATHCING THE "COUGARS" ROCK OUT NEXT TO US.. ALL AND ALL THE CONCERT WAS A GOOD TIME! AFTER THE CONCERT WE BEARED THE RAIN AND HEADED TO MESQUITE TO STAY THE NIGHT AND GAMBLE AND DRINK! THAT NIGHT JUSTUS HAD ALL THE LUCK HE STOOD IN THE SAME PLACE FOR LIKE 3 HOURS PLAYING CRAPS WHICH PAYED OFF HE WON ABOUT $500!! WHILE I SAT AT THE BLACK JACK TABLE FOR MUCH LONGER WINNING AND LOOSING... ENDED UP LOOSING!! JUST MY LUCK LOL BUT WE HAD A GREAT TIME AND IT WAS NICE TO GET OUT OF TOWN FOR THE NIGHT AND BE ABLE TO GO PLAY!!!

I am over winter and ready for it to be summer!! I am ready to PLAY in the sun maybe go to the beach and just be out of the house!! Not to much has been going on with me and Dylan (other than the potty training) I am still working at Mom's Cafe and I still love it .. I am just ready for it to pick up.. Bring on the tourists... As many of you may know Carolyn the previous owner of Moms passed away a few weeks ago.. It is still strange not to see her around and having her chrip in your ear about how things should be done.. I know she would be proud that Dylan is FINALLY a "Big Boy" she was always on my case about that one. But we know she is in a better place and is now with her family! This weekend my friend April and her husband and I are going to make a trip to St. George to go see Hinder and Theory of a Deadman.. I have not been to a concert in a while and decided it was time! I am a HUGE Theroy of a Deadman fan so what better concert to attend! After the concert we are going to go stay the night in Mesquite.. I am looking forward to getting out of town and heading some where a little warmer than here!! My baby sister Mackenzie is getting married in May and she is having her bach party the weekend of my Birthday we will be heading to Palm Springs that weekend so I will Drive out to Cali to enjoy the festivites! I am looking forward to going and seeing all my sisters.. My oldest sis Nickole moved to MI a few months ago and she will be coming out so it should be a really good time!! My other sis is also getting married in Oct. MY POOR DAD ALL GIRLS!!! So I am sure between all the wedding stuff I will get to see a lot of my family.. Which will be nice cause they are so far we hardly get to see them!! Dylan is getting so big and so smart and very BOSSY!!! He loves playing on the internet and learning new things.. This may sound weird but I had a little sad moment.. He no longer wears 4T i have to shop in the big boys he wears a 4 and it is so weird to me. It seems like just yesterday he was a little baby spitting up and crying!! Now he is a big boy who thinks he runs the show!! BOY AM I IN TROUBLE!!! They always say it is payback from what you put your parents through... but wait I was an ANGEL .. RIGHT?? LOL!! Well I hope everyone is having a great year so far... WE LOVE YOU ALL

It's About Time!!

Well I was sure it was never going to happen... BUT Dylan is FINALLY Potty trained!! He has been so stubborn about it and it has been nearly impossible to get him to use the potty!! But he got it stuck in his head he wanted to be a Cowboy, and that meant he needed cowboy boots... so I bribed him to use the potty for cowboy boots!! IT WORKED!! After three or four days of him using the potty I took him down to Burns to pick out some new boots!! I tried to get him to get a black pair that was on SALE for like 30.00 but NOOOO!! He had to have the ones with blue so about 80 Dollars later we were outta the store with his cool new boots!! HE LOVES THEM!! These pics are kind of funny cause my mom has some of me in a bikini and cowboy boots from when i was about the same age!! He is growing up so fast and it just amazes me!! He also got the movie Open Season 2 or as he calls it Boog 2... I just couldn't help but spoil him i am so proud of him!!

It has been a while since I have posted anything so I thought today I would update... Last week we took an 8 hour car ride to Cali to visit friends and family. Dylan was an angel in the car. Beleive it or not!! We had a great time seeing everyone and the weather was AMAZiNG!! Too bad we came home to snow.. urrgghh..Dylan got to see Santa while we were out there and he told him he wanted a Bike and a Helemt ...;) Dylan hung out with Oma and Papa while mom bonded with some friends. My good friend Suzette and I went and saw Twilight... can u say STUPID!!! The book was SOOO much better!! I wont be wasting money on the rest of the movies!! So Anyhow we are back and trying to get a lot done!! I still have not got my tree up but I am planning on doing that tonight!! Along with wrapping presents! Oh the Holiday season.... We did our Xmas card today and they turned out soo cute.. So here are some photos of what we have been up too Enjoy!!

Mommy's Weekend Getaway...

Well David asked if I would be intrested in coming down to Las Vegas this past weekend for Bike Fest! I decided that it would be something different... I have never been on a Harley and if you know me you know I am a whimp.. I am scared to go fast .. blah blah blah! But let me tell you it was AMAZING! I had so much fun this weekend getting to ride on the back with him, he made me feel totally safe! We crusied around Vegas going down to Hogs and Heffers ( A Biker BAR) it was fun and there were so many awesome bikes down there. We hit up Fremont Street and walked around.. Met some great new friends and did a little shopping at Cashman Fields where all the vendors were. David insisted I needed to add some leather to my wardrobe!! He bought me a Jack Daniels Leather Vest that i just LOVE!! We got Dylan a Harley Hat, gloves and some socks. They had some many cool things there to look at.. Me and my shopping problem I could have stayed there all day. The weather was perfect it sprinkled a little bit on Sat night but other than that it was LOVELY! I cannot wait till next year to get to go again.. I forgot my camera but we have some on Davids so as soon as I get them I will post some!!

So this morning while watcing our morning cartoons Dylan decided that he was a dog... He decided that he wanted some juice but not in a cup.. He wanted it in a bowl so he could drink it like a dog... So Yesterday Dylan My Mom and I headed out to Maple Grove to take some pics. As you can tell some turned out cute but go figure Dylan did not want any part of it!!! He was more intrested in playing in the water. It was a pretty day out there. We love just walking around out there it is so pretty. We were hoping the leaves would have been changing a lil more maybe in a few more weeks...

It's Been A While...

So it has been a while since I have updated the blog so this is what has been going on.... Dylan went to California for a week to visit his Papa and his Oma. He had a great time with them. I was a nervous wreck after I dropped him off but to my suprise he was ready to go. While out there they went to the beach, went shopping, went to Chuckie Cheese, and much more! He told me that Papa and Oma are so FUN!! While he was out there my sister Mackenzie got engaged to Robert we are so excited and cannot wait till the big day! While he was there I spent a couple of days in HOT Las Vegas... (already missing the heat, it is too cold here for me)... Since Dylan has been home I have been busy with homework and work! We are still working on the whole potty training thing and I tell you what he is so not intrested he is so stubborn! While I was in Vegas I hit up B&N and picked up the new Chelsea Handler book and let me tell you, I laughed out loud all the way through this book! She is so funny! Another Book that everyone seems to be talking about is the Twilight Series and I have put it off thinking I would wait..
Well yesterday I broke down and bought the First book .. WOW I cannot put it down! LOVE IT!! So that is all that is really new with us. Hope everyone is having a great month and adjusting well to the cooling weather.. (cause I know I am not!!)

Just thought I would take a min and give ten reasons I just LOVE my little BOY!!!
1. He keeps me on my toes!! You never know what he is going to be up to next! From digging in the fridge to climbin on the counter! His new favorite thing is to tear all the cushins off the couch and play cars
2. When he comes and wakes me up first thing in the morning and asks to watch Play house Disney!! He is more concerned with watching his morning cartoons than eating breakfast!!
3. I just love listening to him sing along to songs from the cartoons that he watches!! Sometimes he will sing along to songs in the car too... my favorite one he sings is "I kissed a girl" it is too cute.
4. His kisses!! He puckers up so BIG!!!! It is just too cute!! His new thing is to kiss like the french.. one kiss on each cheek... He is such a LOVER!!
5. He is so stubborn!! That is how I know for sure he is my CHILD!! :)
6. I love when I catch him doing something he should not be doing... He will look up at me and smile and say.. "Well HELLO mama!!"
7. Watching him play puts a huge smile on my face!! Today we went to the park and he was playing with his cars on the playground and he was making me laugh the whole time we were there!!!
8. When he points at my belly and says look mom a six pack!! (thanks for teaching him that one mom) too bad it is more like a keg not a six pack... lol
9.His EYES!! Even when he is being naughty he still has this look in his baby blues that he is so sweet and innocent!!!
10. I love that he is mine!! I love waking up to him everyday and when he is with his dad the first thing I do is call him in the mornings! When he is sleeping I sneak in and watch him! When he makes me smile and laugh cause he is a silly lil boy. Even when he is stubborn and naughty he still finds a way to make me laugh!! I love this little boy and would be lost with out him .....
As most of my friends are sending their kids off the school this week I think to myself.. Man my turn is coming quick and I am trying to avoid it!! I want him to stay little forever!! I can't imagine him being away at school all day! So I guess I will just enjoy him while he is still home with me!!

Today my Grandma took me to see my cousins and we went to Uncle Perry's farm. I got to ride the tractor and help him while he baled the straw. There were horses,cows,dogs and all sorts of interesting things to check out.

Utah's Hoogle Zoo!!

Yesterday we made a venture to Salt Lake City and went to the zoo. Dylan had a great time getting to see all the animals! There was a big statue of an elephant and he was very unsure about it. He kept saying, "Mama it's going to get me!" It was so cute! There is not really a lot of animals there. Alot of monkeys which is great cause he loves them. So I am thinking our next trip will have to be Sea World! It was really hot and the zoo yesterday and Dylan kept saying that it stunk! Boy was he right! I think his favorite part of the trip was the "round and Round" as he called it. Trust me we rode it more than once!! It was a fun trip and I enjoyed getting to spend the day with Dylan!!

Saturday I attended the wedding of a good friend Francis. It was a great day and everything went off without a hitch. Franny made a beautiful bride and Kevin was handsome in his tux. These first couple of photos are of Dylan Sleeping... There for a while I couldn't get the boy to take off his hat.. He had to sleep in it, and even wanted to bath in it!! The other one of him sleeping is from Thursday. I worked so he spent the day with April at the lake. He was so tired. I came home put him in bed, went and changed out the laundry came back in and this is where i found him sleeping =)

Dylan has been obsessed with the couch lately! He just loves ripping it apart! Also as you can see he got a hair cut we decided to give him a hawk and he sure loves it and he looks like the lil rebel that he is!!

This weekend we all ended up hanging out at Kylie and Garretts... My friend Whit had brought here camera along and of course all of us girls decided we were super models!!

We all had a good time hanging out doing poses and chatting it up! There were guys there and they just laughed at us and made fun of us for playing SUPER MODELS... I am thankful that I have a great group of friends in my life! These girls are so much fun to be around and we always seem to have a good time..

I had the day off today so I decided to take Dylan to the pool. Dax and Katie came along. We all had a great time and Dylan wasted no time strapping on his life jacket and heading to the big kid pool...

Dylan loves going down the slide and admires the big kids as they jump and dive off the diving boards.. He is just dying to try it on his own but i am unsure about letting him:)

After the pool we hit up the drive in for a good ole ice cream cone!! It was a good day and I am not looking forward to heading back to work tomorrow..

WELL WE ARE SETTLED IN SALINA NOW!! JUST NEED TO GET MY WASHER AND DRYER AND FINISH CLEANING THE HOUSE IN RICHFIELD... THROUGH THE MOVE I HAVE LOST ONE OF MY CAMERAS.. URRGGHHH... ALSO WE HAD A GREAT 4TH WEEKED AS YOU CAN SEE DYLAN AND I WENT TO THE GAMES ON FRIDAY THEN IT WAS OFF TO GO CAMPING WITH HIS DAD. HE HAD A GOOD TIME CAMPING AND PLAYING AT THE LAKE AND ONLY CAME HOME WITH ONE INJURY!! A BURN ON HIS HEAD AND A LIL MISSING HAIR! THANKS TO ILLEGAL FIRE WORKS (BOYS!!!) A SPARK CAME DOWN AND LANDED ON HIS POOR HEAD OR AT LEAST THAT IS THE STORY I GOT... ??? ON SAT. KYLIE, GARRETT, KRISTINA, JASON, KESTY, SETH AND I DECIDED TO GO FOR A 4 WHEELER RIDE ON THE MOUNTIAN IT WAS LONG AND ENDED UP GETTING A LIL COLD! I HAD SOME CUTE PICS SO WHEN I FIND MY CAMERA I WILL POST SOME! SAT NIGHT WAS THE STREET DANCE AND IT WAS A PRETTY GOOD TIME GETTING TO SEE SOME OLD FRIENDS AND CATCH UP! 4th of July

In Salina we have a big 4th of July celebration.

This year I just went to the games in the morning because I went camping with my dad.

I got to ride in a fire engine with my mom and the firemen let me run the siren and honk the horn.

I played all the games that were in the park and ran in the foot race.

As some of you may or may not know Dylan and I will be moving back to Salina this week. Katie Jo is one of my Best Friends and is VERY sad that we are moving (I tried reassuring her it is only 17 miles away) So I just wanted to post a lil something to tell her that I love her and Dax to death and having her in my life has kept me sane! She is a great friend and mother and I am sure that we will still be the Best of Friends even if we are worlds apart (as she may think lol) I love ya Katie Jo.. Thanks for all you do for me!!
